Lean to Conservatories
For properties with little room under the eaves or for those homeowners who prefer a clean simple look, a Lean-To conservatory is the ideal choice. The pitch of the roof can be varied, making this a versatile and ever-popular option. We will create the design you want, then oversee it's constuction to your exact requirements.
Our Lean-To Conservatories offer an ideal solution to anybody looking to extend the living space inside their home. Lean-to conservatories feature a rectangular shape and a sloping roof to allow rainfall to easily glide off your conservatory, requiring minimal maintenance. They are typically smaller than an Edwardian Conservatory, so are ideal for those with limited space.
A popular style distinguished by a faceted front, giving a curved appearance. A particular favourite with period properties, its clean lines make this a winner on any type of home.
A flat-fronted style that offers excellent use of floor space due to the square or rectangular internal shape. Its sloping roof and contemporary style is suited to the majority of properties.

Our bespoke conservatories allow limitless possibilities for the addition of an extra room to your property. Gone are the days of trying to find a standard design that will fit your space. We will design a superb new living space with you and your properties specific needs clearly in mind.
Your finished conservatory will be entirely unique to you; adding extra space, architectural interest and value to your home whilst improving your day to day living and letting natural light flood your property. A bespoke conservatory provides a modern, versatile alternative to traditional extension methods and unlike the traditional conservatory, can cater to whichever function you need.
Each of Fairway's bespoke conservatories is individually designed and manufactured to meet your specified requirements; there are no restrictions on the style and shape your new conservatory extension can take. However large, small or unusually shaped, our team of experts will design and manufacture a bespoke conservatory that not only looks beautiful, but is beautifully made; to the highest standards with only the best quality materials.
Some of the concept ideas include:-
Orangeries were traditionally a place for growing orange trees, but over the years became luxury living spaces for those who love the finer things in life. They have a brickwork base, a feature that for some people helps them look like a more natural extension of a house than a conservatory. Further notable characteristics of a contemporary orangery design are its solid flat roof with a lantern roof and its rigid columns and pilasters.
A gable-fronted conservatory adds a sense of grandeur to any home. Featuring the same rectangular floor space as a Georgian, a Gable offers excellent use of internal space. The front panel of the roof remains upright rather than sloping back, to create a feeling of greater height within the conservatory.
This style of conservatory is often referred to as the link option, as it can be used to link the two rear rooms of a property by stretching across the width of the building, with the Victorian style extension to the structure giving the conservatory contours which are truly pleasing to the eye. The P-shape gives the impression of light and space, while giving the versatility of being used as one large conservatory or two adjoining conservatory rooms. Many P-shaped conservatories have separately defined dining and relaxing areas, resulting in it becoming an integral part of the home.
